About The Position

Arrow Systems is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of their capital equipment portfolio. This role is ideal for high-energy, results-oriented professionals looking to build a career in B2B technical sales. The representative will manage the full sales cycle and has the opportunity to earn significant income through an uncapped commission structure, with six-figure potential for strong performers. The primary focus will be promoting the ArrowJet range of water-based pigment inkjet printers, which are described as cutting-edge, eco-friendly technology known for high resolution and outstanding performance in production environments.

Requirements

  • High drive and self-motivation with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly via phone and video.
  • Persistent and professional follow-up skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Technical aptitude or willingness to learn (full training and ongoing technical support provided).

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and networking.
  • Conduct virtual demonstrations and presentations showcasing the ArrowJet inkjet solutions and our full range of printing and finishing equipment.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to deliver samples, demos, and application support to prospects and customers.
  • Develop deep product and industry knowledge to provide excellent consultative support.
