Requirements

2+ years of Call Center Experience
Excellent Phone Skills
Ability to follow and champion a script with ease
Internally motivated to hit key metrics
Ability to WOW customers
Works with a sense of urgency
High school graduate; some college preferred
Must pass background and drug test
Wear a uniform and exhibit professional presence every day
Dependable transportation, attendance and punctuality!
