The Inside Sales Rep will execute and deliver upon a defined set of Best Business Practices for the Inside Sales role. This includes Quoting, Sourcing, Closing Orders, Accurate Order Entry, Outcalls, Leads and Opportunities, and use of Curbell Selling System, CRM and Sales Tools. The role involves developing strong relationships with strategic customers, calculating, quoting, and negotiating price, delivery, and terms of sale. The representative will uncover new opportunities with customers by leveraging relationships and asking market-related questions, introduce new materials to customers and educate them on use and applications, and follow up on existing quotes, close sales on existing and new business, and proactively make outcalls to current and potential customers. The role also requires using the SAP CRM system to review, verify, and input customer contacts, quotes, and orders, manage customer information in SAP and CRM, and use SAP CRM information to increase customer service experience. Communication with Outside Sales, Purchasing, and Management on new developments, sourcing, and key account information is also a key function.
