The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for executing and delivering upon defined Best Business Practices for the role, which includes quoting, sourcing, closing orders, accurate order entry, outcalls, managing leads and opportunities, and utilizing the Curbell Selling System, CRM, and other sales tools. This position involves developing strong relationships with strategic customers, calculating, quoting, and negotiating price, delivery, and terms of sale. The rep will uncover new opportunities with customers by leveraging relationships and asking market-related questions, and will introduce new materials while educating customers on their use and applications. Key responsibilities also include following up on existing quotes, closing sales on both existing and new business, and proactively making outcalls to current and potential customers. The role requires using the SAP CRM system to review, verify, and input customer contacts, quotes, and orders, as well as managing customer information to enhance the customer service experience. Communication with Outside Sales, Purchasing, and Management on new developments, sourcing, and key account information is also essential.
