Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales, customer service, or account support experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail and accountability for your work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Building materials or millwork experience is a plus.
  • 2 years’ experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) – Agility (preferred).
  • A commitment to safety and professionalism (pre-employment drug test required).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for builders, contractors, and remodelers
  • Guide customers to the right window, door, and millwork solutions
  • Prepare accurate quotes, enter orders, and ensure smooth order execution
  • Partner with Outside Sales and Operations to deliver on customer expectations
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and add value
  • Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism
