Inside Sales Representative on the Portland Glass team. Portland Glass offers glass repair and replacements with over 34 locations throughout the Northeast. Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer service by growing customer satisfaction
- Making outside calls to generate leads/follow up on lead inquiries
- Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers
- Admin duties such as: Scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, communicating with insurance companies, etc.
