Requirements

• 2 + years of previous Customer Service skills (phone or in-person)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoy helping others - customers and your fellow team members
• High character and integrity with a team-oriented work ethic
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high-stress/fast-paced environment
• Computer savvy and familiar with Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM databases
• Ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data
• Excellent attendance is mandatory
• Must be residing in Washington
