About The Position

This role is remote but the candidate is required to live in the CENTRAL OR WEST TIME ZONE! Role Summary Customer-facing inside sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business, converting competitive accounts, and expanding existing customer relationships. This role is designed to build deep business and product expertise while delivering measurable sales results through remote engagement channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR Associate’s degree with at least 2+ years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Proven ability or strong interest in inside sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience with CRM systems and virtual selling tools preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, persuade, and build trust with customers remotely.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to continuously learn the business, products, and market dynamics.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, particularly in competitive selling situations.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of activities and priorities.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities, with a strong focus on converting competitive accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products, solutions, value propositions, and market positioning to effectively differentiate against competitors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and close) via phone, video, and digital channels.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
  • Partner with channel and distribution stakeholders to drive alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Leverage CRM tools and data insights to track activity, forecast accurately, and inform sales strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and field sales teams to optimize customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine outreach strategies.
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy while contributing to team performance and knowledge sharing.
