About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with sales, process transactions, and support daily operations. This position may also include assisting in the lumber yard as needed.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience required, including cash handling and processing credit card transactions
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient computer and telephone skills
• Professional, confident, and personable communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with excellent note-taking and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Assist customers with product sales and inquiries

• Assist with general yard duties as needed
• Support daily store operations and other assigned tasks
