About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will develop and grow sales to our independent customer base by engaging with customers on order levels as well as assisting in the daily operations of the Sales Department. This role involves reaching out to an assigned list of customers via telephone to maintain and grow C&S sales with the account. You will take orders on a routine basis, sell against daily and weekly target initiatives established by sales management, and assist customers with issues management. Additionally, you will create spreadsheets, presentations, communications, and perform other related tasks as directed.

Requirements

• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with Google Docs.
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish.
• Associate Degree - General Studies
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
