About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Phone Closer for their Springfield, VA location. This is a phone-based role where you will close sales on warm leads provided by the company, meaning no cold calling is involved. The ideal candidate can quickly build rapport, identify customer needs, and confidently close deals. Requirements

• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Proven ability to close deals over the phone.
• Strong phone presence and professional tone.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Rehash/inside sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, CRM fluency).
