American Residential Services (ARS), the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is seeking an experienced and driven Inside-Sales Manager to lead our Rehash team. Why This Role is Critical: Your goal is to oversee the inside sales staff as they reconnect with homeowners who received an HVAC quote but haven't moved forward yet. You turn lost opportunities into scheduled installs by providing better options, answering lingering questions, and offering the right incentives.In the HVAC world, the biggest waste of marketing dollars is a lead that goes "cold." As the Rehash Manager, you ensure that no customer is left behind and that our brand remains the first choice when a homeowner is ready to make their final decision. You will: Manages the daily operations of inbound and outbound rehash call center functions to establish and maintain the company as an industry leader in customer satisfaction. Ensures that the department provides a high level of service to field operations, timely and accurate service order entry, prompt resolution of reported problems and implementation of quality assurance measures. May have responsibility for dispatching communications.
