Job Summary Responsible for generating quotes, entering orders, and managing the shipment and delivery of products. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.

Requirements

  • Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Proficient with Microsoft product suite including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to estimate, price, and prepare scope proposals.

Nice To Haves

  • HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
  • Specialized skills training/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Builds strong customer relationships through outreach and follow up, applies product knowledge to support needs, and delivers exceptional service using the company's billing system
  • Collaborates with the Account Manager to enter orders, create quotes as needed, and identify cross-sell opportunities while supporting project service, resolving issues, and customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifies leads, identifies opportunities and tracks progress using the CRM system with urgency and discipline.
  • Maintains strong work relationships with vendors.
  • Independently processes orders and billing from project start to close with accuracy and transparency.
  • Occasionally visits job sites to review customer orders, assess their needs, and ensure they have all necessary materials and support.
  • Supports special projects and team initiatives as assigned, demonstrating teamwork and excellence.
