About The Position

As an Inside Sales Professional, you’ll engage prospects and clients through consultative conversations that uncover needs and lead to sales growth. By uncovering needs, identifying opportunities, and facilitating or closing sales, you’ll play a key role in driving growth while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, virtual environment. This is a sales role—not a customer service position. While you will support customers through professional communication, your primary responsibility is generating revenue, influencing purchasing decisions, and managing a strong, healthy pipeline. Execute sales campaigns via phone with a strong emphasis on identifying key decision-makers and influencing purchasing decisions. Supplement outreach with email and text to strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities. Identify customer needs and provide tailored, value-based solutions. Facilitate and close sales opportunities to consistently achieve revenue goals. Leverage ERP and CRM platforms to track pipeline activity, maintain accurate data, and ensure disciplined follow-up. Balance high activity levels with relationship nurturing and sales pipeline management across multiple accounts. Participate in daily or weekly sales huddles to review activity, pipeline health, and quota progress. Join bi-monthly sales meetings to align on goals, performance, and outbound initiatives. Attend company-wide meetings for updates, announcements, and strategic discussions. Engage in client meetings to understand needs, share updates, and address concerns. Contribute to monthly account reviews to ensure satisfaction, identify improvements, and track goal achievement. Provide customer and prospect insights to the sales leadership team to refine strategies. Participate in industry events, training sessions, and events as needed. Actively engage in coaching, feedback, and role-play sessions to refine prospecting, objection handling, and closing techniques. Pursue sales training and industry education to remain current on trends, competitors, and building products solutions. Expand knowledge of customer segments, decision-maker dynamics, and buying triggers to improve conversion rates. Contribute to call calibration sessions, exchanging proven talk tracks, strategies, and success stories with the team. Support onboarding by mentoring new hires, providing day-in-the-life shadowing, and modeling high-impact outbound activity. Offer guidance in chats, meetings, and huddles—keeping the team focused on outbound performance and results.
