About The Position

The Inside Sales & Parts Support Specialist is responsible for both customer and vendor ordering of parts and related products. In addition to these responsibilities, special projects will be assigned. This role focuses on building strong customer/vendor relationships and understanding the product to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Maintain a strong work ethic and effective communication and interpersonal skills
Be proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Familiarity with manufacturing software, Syteline or similar
Perform duties with great attention to detail
Basic understanding of hydraulic and mechanical components preferred
Ability to work in a team dynamic as well as individually

Nice To Haves

Experience with Equipment Dealers or in the Automotive Industry preferred

Responsibilities

Buyer of parts
Monitor Forecasting and Safety Stock Levels
Answer Sales and Parts calls
Enter and process customer orders with ERP system
Work with Inside Sales Manager to Administer the Rental Program
Process RMAs including scheduling returns and working with Vendor Return Specialist
Work with customers on ensuring proper installation
Provide a professional and courteous environment for all customers
Multitask and prioritize duties to meet all customer needs in a timely manner
Special Projects as assigned
