About The Position

We’re seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to support Commercial Sales Managers (CAMs) by managing customer accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a primarily office-based role with limited travel.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and sales support experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Managers to support and grow customer accounts
  • Manage day-to-day account activities including onboarding, quoting, pricing, and order support
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support sales efforts through upselling, lead generation, and account expansion
  • Maintain accurate customer data, sales pipelines, and reporting
  • Assist with inventory, billing, and operational issue resolution
  • Help drive customer engagement, promotions, and program participation
