About The Position

Titan Factory Direct in Georgetown, TX is looking for a high-energy, competitive Marketing & Inside Sales Specialist to help generate new business and turn leads into appointments. This position offers a base salary PLUS commission, giving you stability along with the opportunity to earn significantly more by producing results. This is NOT a traditional desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, isn't afraid of the phone, understands social media, and wants their income to grow based on their performance.

Requirements

• Energetic, persistent, organized and comfortable being measured by results
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls
• Comfortable following up repeatedly
• Comfortable using social media for business
• Comfortable learning a CRM
• Able to work independently without needing constant supervision

Nice To Haves

• Sales, telemarketing, appointment-setting, recruiting, automotive, real estate, apartment leasing, insurance, call-center or similar experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and texts to new and existing leads
• Follow up with internet leads and previous customers
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Work our CRM database to reactivate older opportunities
• Generate new leads through Facebook Marketplace and social media
• Create and post local marketing content
• Respond quickly to incoming leads
• Help develop referral and grassroots marketing opportunities
• Track calls, leads, appointments, and results in our CRM
• Work both remotely and in-store as needed
