We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our sales organization by generating qualified opportunities, building strong prospect relationships, and helping accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys research and outreach, and collaborates effectively across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Required 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar position; additional experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to research markets and identify key decision-makers
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
  • Results-driven with a proactive mindset
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with a problem-solving approach
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting RFP responses and proposal development is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and social channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with target customer profiles
  • Schedule high-quality, qualified sales meetings for Account Executives and sales leadership
  • Conduct in-depth research on industries, markets, and target accounts to uncover new opportunities
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Build and manage prospect lists and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Partner with the sales team to respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFIs, and other bid requests
  • Assist in creating tailored sales proposals, presentations, and supporting materials
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all proposal documentation
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and outreach strategies
  • Gather feedback from prospects and customers to inform product and go-to-market improvements
  • Help streamline internal processes to accelerate the sales cycle and improve conversion rates
  • Track outreach activity, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline development metrics
  • Provide regular updates and insights to sales leadership
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance data
  • Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements.
  • Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.
  • Attend scheduled EH&S training program.
  • Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans.
  • Recommend improved EH&S practices.
  • Must maintain regular and consistent attendance.
