Job SummaryThe Inside Sales Manager role supports revenue generation for the Kitchen Equipment Services Group (KES) and our National Services Center (NSC). The KES/NSC team are a part of our ESFM the corporate facilities division of Compass Group, providing over 70 different facilities services to existing clients. This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees. ESFM’s clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets. The Inside Sales manager will consistently focus on engaging existing Compass Group clients across all our company’s sectors and presenting our KES/NSC service solutions to their decision makers. Through proactive outreach and with the support of other sector leadership, sales is able to grow revenues for the division and leverage our internal network of partners within Compass Global
