About The Position

PartsSource is seeking an experienced sales leader to manage, coach, and develop inside sales professionals to exceed revenue goals. This role involves developing talent, driving accountability, improving sales processes, and delivering revenue growth across multiple healthcare-focused verticals. Success requires strong coaching skills, sales leadership experience, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence results through others. The ideal candidate will help their team improve prospecting effectiveness, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, consultative selling skills, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping sales professionals reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing quota-carrying inside sales professionals.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, including experience coaching and developing sales talent in a healthcare, technology, services, or B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing sales teams to achieve new bookings, renewal, and growth objectives while driving consistent performance.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences and build consensus.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building capabilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment and influence across functions without direct authority.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, sales, or related field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into healthcare, life sciences, government, or other complex B2B environments preferred.
  • Experience in equipment maintenance, biomedical, or mission-critical equipment sales or support.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT platforms, SaaS models, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM experience including pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and coaching through data is strongly preferred.
  • Leadership experience supporting multiple end markets or geographies simultaneously.
  • Background working with government or federal healthcare agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent while creating a strong succession pipeline for future growth.
  • Manage performance, create development plans, and address performance gaps when necessary.
  • Conduct daily standups, one-on-ones, call reviews, and performance reviews to ensure alignment on targets, track progress, and identify development opportunities.
  • Coach inside sales professionals on consultative selling techniques, Salesforce and opportunity management rigor, healthcare market dynamics, effective discovery, and solution positioning.
  • Foster accountability and ownership within the team while maintaining a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
  • Own forecast accuracy, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and attainment reporting for the inside sales organization.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy aligned with organizational goals for the assigned end markets (ambulatory, acute, life science, government).
  • Drive new bookings growth and renewal performance through proactive pipeline management, opportunity prioritization, and strategic account planning across all end markets.
  • Partner with the sales leadership team to implement revenue optimization initiatives (RevIO rollout, process improvements) and track adoption and impact.
  • Collaborate with End Market VPs and Directors to develop and execute strategies that drive sales performance and business growth.
  • Support pricing, escalation, and customer solution discussions; partner with product, delivery, and pricing teams to address customer needs effectively.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless customer experience and timely resolution of sales and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement to develop and deploy training, collateral, and resources that equip the team with market knowledge and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain robust forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting mechanisms; provide regular insights and updates to leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of ambulatory, acute, life science, and government sectors. industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within assigned end markets.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in ambulatory, acute, life science, and government sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, ethical standards, and data security requirements in all sales activities.
