About The Position

Revamped Home Security, an authorized dealer of ADT, is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Manager to join their fast-paced sales team. This role involves engaging with prospective customers, presenting home security solutions, and closing sales. Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales or call center preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by success.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of home security or smart home systems is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to qualified leads.
  • Present and sell ADT home security and smart home systems to residential and small business customers.
  • Follow up on leads, manage pipelines, and maintain detailed CRM records.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve performance.
