About The Position

The Sales Manager oversees the residential inside sales team, driving performance, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals. This role is responsible for motivating and developing a team of Inside Sales Consultants, fostering strong communication, accountability, and customer focus. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–3 years of sales management or team leadership experience.

  • CRM and sales reporting proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the residential inside sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor team metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead management and conversion.
  • Support outside sales initiatives by aligning efforts with inbound strategies.
  • Evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes accountability and continuous learning.
  • Ensures CRM tools are used to track leads from initial inquiry to final outcome
  • Implements follow-up processes for all pending leads, confirming final status of either Booked or Lost (and disposition of bookings or lost opportunities)
