We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager (B2C) to join our company and lead and support our dedicated team of Account Managers/Sales Representatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving top-of-funnel sales activities by addressing daily needs and enhancing sales performance through effective goal setting, recognition, coaching, and mentoring. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will cultivate a culture of continuous learning by coordinating ongoing sales training sessions. You will hire and develop top talent, partner cross-functionally on key initiatives, and implement scalable sales strategies that fuel revenue growth while enhancing the homeowner experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.
