Requirements

  • Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent education required.
  • Associate’ Degree (A.A) from a two-year college or university and four or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service Industry with an ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Tools.
  • Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced result driven environment by meeting and exceeding all goals and targets.
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and industry dynamics.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Highly competitive Sales Skills with a desire to contribute to a winning team / organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of Plumbing sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Outside Sales associates to assess customer needs, recommending tailored hydronics products and solutions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by preparing and submitting accurate quotations and submittmits promptly, ensuring each client receives personalized attention.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to streamline order fulfillment and ensure timely deliveries, meeting customer expectations with efficiency.
  • Act as the primary contact for sales inquiries, resolving customer questions or concerns professionally and quickly.
  • Maintain precise sales records, documenting transactions and handling related administrative tasks with diligence.
  • Manage accounts proactively, building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to boost satisfaction and retention.
