Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a sales role.
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and outbound client engagement.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and respond to client needs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and build rapport.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated; you have a proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and initiative, while also functioning effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

  • Post-secondary education in business, science, or engineering considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quota through targeted growth and effective account engagement strategies.
  • Accelerate new customer acquisition by owning inbound leads, creating/qualifying sales opportunities, and managing a personal book of accounts with tailored outreach strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth by taking full responsibility for the sales process identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, handling objections, and closing both new and expansion businesses.
  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel prospecting (calls, emails, social outreach) to generate interest and build pipeline, while meeting or exceeding daily activity expectations.
  • Develop best practices for lead generation, lead nurturing, and opportunity creation, focusing on improving velocity from lead creation to close.
  • Create and execute direct account engagement strategies, including creating playbooks with sequences to support outbound, upsell/cross-sell, nurturing, and re-engaging closed-lost opportunities.
