About The Position

Inside Sales / Customer Support Representative Monday-Friday: Day Shift $28-32 per hour (based on experience) When you work with Clarke, you are working with an industry leader! Our Team is currently looking for a Service Writer Customer Support Representative to keep up our level of commitment to customer service. Requirements

• 2+ years strong inside sales experience required
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance
• The associate must be able to read and write reports.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be able to obtain DOT Med Card

Nice To Haves

• Previous diesel/auto customer service experience preferred
• Ability to create professional relationships with customers
• Diesel technician background a plus
• CDL is a Plus

Responsibilities

• Retail focus – Customer Relationship
• Solicit sale of new or additional services
• Strong Data Entry Skills
• Utilizes computer system for updating customers on ongoing repairs in shop or field, processing service invoices to include warranty claims.
• Communicating with customer in person, over the phone and using computer
• Handle/resolve service-related concerns
• Responsible for writing clear and informative repair orders
