Lead the LMH Inside Sales Team by initiating collaboration among the LMH team, ensuring the team workload is equitable, which will improve the overall efficiencies of the team. Receives (by telephone, fax, or email) requests for quotations, orders and lead times from customers. Provides technical guidance to customers and routinely researches customer part specifications in order to complete customer quotes and orders. Coordinates with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing value-added services to customers.
