About The Position
Were seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to promote and sell products to contractors and builders in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a background in customer service (preferably within building materials), and a history of exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in building materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with contractors and builders through regular communication
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Work with the outside sales team to boost sales and expand our customer base
- Advising customers on pricing
- Ensuring customer sales orders are imputed accurately
- Scheduling deliveries with customers
