In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. Selling millions of industrial products to all types of customers takes special skill and that's where you come in. This position is onsite as part of our Denver team, Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30. The typical estimated hourly rate range for this position and location is $22.00 – 25.00/hr depending on experience. Potential bonus opportunity is tied to location and individual performance and has averaged $200 – 300 per month. No specific amount is guaranteed. Requirements

  • 1+ year customer service or inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Computer knowledge including Excel
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
  • We are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred
  • SAP/ERP experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns
  • Sourcing parts
  • Assist in generating sales
  • Help in the stockroom as needed, deliver orders to customers as needed
