About The Position
Integrity Fusion Products is seeking a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative with a keen attention to detail. This role is responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, being informed on company products, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport and exceed customer expectations, demonstrating engaging and strong listening skills.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers on inbound and outbound calls as well as email
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities with new and existing customers
- Proactively addressing customer questions, issues, and concerns
- Keeping up with product details, service information, competitors, and industry updates
- Maintaining a database of current and potential customers using existing CRM system
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Accurately entering sales orders and quotes quickly in order to meet individual and team goals
- Upselling products and services that meet the customer’s needs
- Collaborating with other departments to serve the customer
- Contribute to department and company improvements
