About The Position

Looking for a few qualified individuals to support the outreach and inside sales department. This role involves taking inbound and outbound calls, communicating with customers to identify their needs, and providing helpful solutions to ensure a great customer service experience. The ideal candidate is friendly and computer savvy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience as a call center representative, or inside sales representative, or a similar role is preferred
  • Must be Result oriented
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

  • Place outbound calls and receive inbound calls
  • Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
  • Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
  • Upsell products and services when appropriate
  • Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Document all customer interactions
  • Attend training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
