About The Position

Crete Solutions is a growing ready-mix concrete supplier focused on exceptional service and efficient operations. We're looking for a people leader who can build relationships, solve problems, and develop a strong team. You'll lead our inside sales and customer service team while connecting customers, sales, drivers, quality control, and plant operations to keep orders and deliveries running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to take ownership, develop people, and improve how we serve our customers.

Requirements

Experience in logistics, transportation, construction, manufacturing, operations, customer service, or a related field.
A customer-first mindset with strong operational judgment.
Strong, proactive communication skills with customers, employees, and leaders.
Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, ownership-minded approach to improving processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics or dispatch software.

Nice To Haves

Ready-mix experience is a plus, but strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to learn matter just as much.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales and customer service team.
Coordinate daily schedules while balancing customer needs, production capacity, and fleet efficiency.
Partner with sales, plant operations, drivers, and quality control to keep daily operations moving.
Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
Anticipate challenges and solve problems quickly as priorities shift.
Improve scheduling, communication, efficiency, and the customer experience.
Help strengthen our inside sales and customer service processes as we grow.
Promote accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
