About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team in West Palm Beach Branch. This hybrid role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Proven experience in inside sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Execute the essential duties of the position, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product information, features, and benefits to potential customers.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow up on cold and warmth leads to new business opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
