About The Position

Provide support for incoming sales and inquiries via phone / emails, and CRM cases from STIHL dealers and branch locations. Process and resolve order discrepancies related to orders and 3rd party vendors using various systems mandated by STIHL.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of STIHL experience in this field

Nice To Haves

• SAP or CRM experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Process dealer phone, fax, and e-mail orders, update blocked sales orders, manage the e-mail inbox and faxes utilizing various systems and tools.
• Navigate resources such as dealer promotions, electronics, dealer support manuals, and distribution pricing.
• Evaluate estimated timeframes for back-order products, perform warehouse transfers or Virginia Beach watch orders.
• Create documents and CRM cases for calls/inquiries, and maintain detailed notes.
• Support National Accounts department through processing orders, e-mail responses, converting electronic data interface orders, and confirming part pricing.
• Verify account contacts and convert data interfaces from EDI orders.
• Apply system knowledge for dealer single sign-on, remote login, product registration, warranty claims, and the product information website for dealers.
• Assist dealers in navigating and resolving issues related to STIHL SSO, and support dealer training websites including STIHL USA.
• Process and resolve order discrepancies including missing product, damaged items, and incorrect shipments.
• Utilize system applications to process credits, free ships, rebuilds, and returns while maintaining accounting functions.
• Research issues related to credits, invoices, and any related corrections.
• Process credit approvals and corrections through third-party vendors.
• Complete order tracking and file claims with various shipping companies for missing/damaged products as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
