You’ll work directly with both existing and prospective customers, making sure they get the information, support, and follow-through they need, before and after a sale. Your day will include generating quotes, tracking approvals, managing documentation, supporting customer portal activity, and handling order-related questions with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll also play a major role in keeping internal teams aligned. This position collaborates closely with Sales, Program Management, Operations, Legal, Contracts, and Finance to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, timely, and well-coordinated. Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential, as you’ll often be the person keeping tasks moving and providing updates along the way. At its core, this role ensures that customers feel supported and confident in their experience with Attalon. You’ll help build and maintain strong relationships by delivering service that’s responsive, reliable, and solution-focused. Occasional travel to conferences, symposiums, or trade shows may be required.
