We're looking for a highly organized, detail oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to serve as a critical link between our customers, sales team, and operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in food manufacturing, food distribution, or related industries

Responsibilities

Process customer inquiries and sales orders through phone, email, and other channels with accuracy and efficiency.
Support Account Executives and Business Development leaders by coordinating customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues and ensuring timely communication.
Promote new products, specials, and upsell opportunities to help customers discover additional solutions.
Coordinate special orders, product samples, and pricing updates.
Prepare and distribute weekly bid sheets to designated customers.
Provide product information and technical assistance as needed.
Communicate customer concerns related to quality, shortages, or service issues and work collaboratively to resolve them.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and team initiatives.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and assist wherever needed.
