About The Position

Honest Abe Roofing is expanding into the Kansas City Metro and is seeking an energetic, outbound phone professional to join their team in Holt, MO. This role involves contacting incoming warm leads immediately, qualifying homeowners, and keeping the field sales team’s calendars booked with high-quality appointments. This is a fast-paced sales role where performance directly impacts earnings.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in inside sales, outbound call centers, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
• 1–3 years of high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Exceptional phone etiquette, high energy, and strong objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM software, multi-line phone tools, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to report daily to our regional office in Holt, MO.
• Full-time (Monday–Friday day shift, with early evening flexibility).

Responsibilities

• Contact new inbound leads immediately via phone, text, and email.
• Qualify homeowners and book pre-screened appointments for the field sales team.
• Follow up on past inquiries, missed appointments, and unsold leads to reactivate interest.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call outcomes, and appointment details in the database.
