Requirements

  • You are comfortable on the phone and enjoy talking with people
  • You are organized and follow through
  • You are curious about sales and how people make decisions
  • You want to grow into something bigger

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound homeowners and set the right first impression
  • Understand each homeowner’s situation, not just the request
  • Schedule and prepare opportunities for our Comfort Advisors
  • Communicate clearly through phone, text, and email
  • Own the follow-up and re-engage homeowners who have not yet responded
  • Stay connected through multiple touchpoints until the homeowner makes a confident decision
  • Track and manage opportunities inside HubSpot CRM
  • Help create a smooth and professional buying experience
