About The Position

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales process from lead generation to customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This position focuses on managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records to help drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web forms.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for field sales or service technicians.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and sales data.
Follow up on quotes and proposals to close sales and improve conversion rates.
Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking KPIs.
Support marketing campaigns by handling incoming leads and tracking performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Identify upsell and cross-cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities
