About The Position

Move Consultant (Inside Sales) Earn more. Sell smarter. Work with warm leads. We’re hiring Move Consultants to join our high-performing Inside Sales team. This is an in-office role for motivated, people-driven professionals who want uncapped earning potential without cold calling. You’ll work with warm, inbound customers , guide them through booking moving services, and create a smooth, trusted experience from first call to close. Top performers earn $60K+ annually , plus profit share, tuition reimbursement, and a full benefits package — all within a growing, nationally expanding company. What You’ll Do Speak with inbound and outbound customers to understand their needs and confidently book services Build trust quickly and guide customers through decisions with clarity and empathy Use our CRM to manage leads, send follow-ups, and offer add-on solutions via phone, text, and email Hit (and exceed) clear performance metrics tied directly to commission Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching and feedback Continuously sharpen your sales and communication skills in a fast-paced environment Bonus: Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
