About The Position

Are you a problem-solver who loves seeing a project come to life? We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant who is more than just a "customer service rep." You will be the face of our center, helping local businesses, hospitals, and schools tell their stories through custom signage and graphics. This is a fast-paced, professional role that requires a mix of sales savvy, project management, and creative thinking. As a FASTSIGNS Inside Sales Consultant , you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long term clients. The FASTSIGNS Baymeadows location is a high performing center with over 28 years of success. We help businesses and organizations visually communicate. Virtually every business in every industry needs and uses signs, so you will get to see your work around town. You’ll be in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative and supportive team. Our ideal candidate for this position is someone who is outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships. Great listening skills, documentation and organization are highly valued in candidates for this position. You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders. You will be involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center. Requirements

You have a "figure-it-out" attitude and thrive under deadlines.
You are comfortable talking to business owners and marketing directors.
You are hyper-organized and hate letting a lead go cold.
You have 2+ years of experience in a role where you managed a process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Consult: Act as a subject matter expert for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries.
Estimate & Close: Create detailed quotes and follow up proactively to win the business.
Coordinate: Work closely with our Graphic Designer and Production Manager to ensure every sign is perfect and delivered on time.
Grow: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring they turn to us for every new location or event.
