About The Position

LaserAway is seeking proven inside sales professionals who know how to close. This is not an entry-level sales position. We are hiring experienced, quota-carrying inside sales consultants with a demonstrated track record in high-volume, high-ticket environments. Our Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultants manage warm inbound and outbound leads, conduct structured virtual consultations, and convert high-intent prospects into premium treatment plans in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. If you consistently exceed quota, thrive on KPIs, and are motivated by uncapped commission this is your opportunity to earn at a high level while working remotely. Our sales organization supports licensed medical professionals delivering gold-standard aesthetic treatments across the country. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience in a high-volume, high-ticket environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience closing over phone or video
  • Comfortable managing a structured sales process
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Dedicated home office environment with reliable high-speed internet

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured virtual consultations via phone and video
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into high-ticket treatment plans
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue and close-rate targets
  • Manage pipeline activity and follow-up cadence
  • Present financing solutions and overcome objections
  • Maintain disciplined outbound call volume
  • Collaborate with field leadership to ensure seamless patient experience
  • Track KPIs including: Revenue Close rate Average ticket Financing applications Outbound activity metrics
