This position is best suited for sales professionals who enjoy heavy outbound phone activity and structured, KPI-driven performance environments. This role is focused on high-volume outbound phone activity, qualifying interest, and setting meetings for senior sales leadership. It does not own full-cycle sales or deal closing responsibilities. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of outbound SDR or inside sales experience, thrives in KPI-driven environments, and is comfortable making 50+ calls per day. This is not a long-cycle enterprise role. It is best suited for a disciplined, activity-driven sales professional who enjoys structured outreach and measurable performance goals.
