This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Consultant based in Red Bank, NJ. The Inside Sales Consultant will engage in lead generation, make outbound calls, and follow up on potential leads to identify and secure sales opportunities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating product offerings. This position plays a key role in driving company growth by meeting sales targets and supporting overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of inside or outbound sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Confident engaging senior decision-makers with strong phone presence
  • Proven ability to manage activity metrics and consistent follow-up
  • Excellent communication skills: concise, persuasive, and professional
  • Comfortable in a performance-driven, goal-oriented environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms
  • Coachable, competitive, and motivated by uncapped earning potential

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive, fintech, payments, or SaaS sales
  • Background selling financial or operational software solutions
  • Familiarity with structured outbound campaigns and association-based or vertical selling

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound sales campaigns to engage dealerships and businesses
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers through calls and virtual meetings
  • Communicate platform value clearly: reduce complexity, improve cash flow, create operational efficiency, and strengthen financial control
  • Qualify opportunities and build a strong pipeline of dealership and commercial prospects
  • Schedule and lead virtual demos and strategy sessions
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and increase conversion
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding and implementation teams
