About The Position

WG&R is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador, converting opportunities into sales while providing a “wow” experience for our customers. The company has been serving communities around Northeast Wisconsin since 1946 and is employee-owned. They are looking for individuals who enjoy building relationships, driving earning potential, and working for a company that invests in its community and employees.

Requirements

Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a team environment
Experience connecting with customers in retail, hospitality, or any fast-paced, customer-facing role
Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (retail hours)
Motivation to crush goals & celebrate all wins
Strong communication & active listening skills
