Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret invoices, catalogs, and product numbers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC or related product knowledge preferred
  • 1–3 years of customer service, sales, or warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers at the counter with product selection, pricing, and availability
  • Answer incoming calls and provide accurate product and order information
  • Process sales transactions and generate invoices using company systems
  • Locate, pull, and stage products for customer orders using inventory tools and catalogs
  • Load materials into customer vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and counter area
  • Support inventory activities including stocking, organizing, and cycle counts
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Build strong customer relationships to support repeat business and customer satisfaction
