Requirements

Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a team environment
Experience connecting with customers in retail, hospitality, or any fast-paced, customer-facing role
Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (retail hours)
Motivation to crush goals & celebrate all wins
Strong communication & active listening skills

Responsibilities

Welcome every customer with a smile and guide them to a purchase based on their unique needs
Stay on top of current promotions, product offerings, and what's in stock
Keep up with the latest styles and trends
Maintain a welcoming showroom, ensuring a clean, inviting, and free of anything that doesn't meet our world-class standards
