About The Position

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting sales activities and building strong customer relationships. Working closely with outside sales representatives, internal teams, and business partners, you will help deliver solutions that meet our customers’ needs while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Through your proactive approach and commitment to service excellence, you will directly contribute to the growth of the company and the success of our customers.

Requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) in a relevant field.
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or a sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a technical environment.
  • Customer-focused with a desire to contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French.
  • English proficiency to serve clients in Atlantic Canada and interact with US suppliers, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency.

  • Education in a technical discipline is considered an asset.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems is considered an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English would be considered an asset.
