Inside Sales Associate (Part Time)
About The Position
Davies Home Healthcare is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join their team. This is a part-time retail position with a clinical focus, serving as the first point of contact for customers. While many team members come from healthcare backgrounds, no prior medical experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided, including compression fitting certification. The role emphasizes helping customers find what they need in a non-commission, low-pressure sales environment, with a focus on compassion due to the proximity to the hospital and post-hospital visit customers.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn medical products and fittings
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in healthcare
- Previous experience in home care
- Knowledge in Kinesiology
- Knowledge in rehabilitation
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Proficient communicator with clients and teammates
- Keep up to date with latest rehabilitation products
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
