About The Position

ADI Global, a rapidly growing part of the Resideo family, is seeking to expand its Sales Team. The role involves managing an assigned book of existing customer accounts, with a primary focus on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with ADI. Requirements

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
  • Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done while maintaining high business ethical standards
  • Sales experience in the distribution or retail/telecom industries
  • Industry knowledge: CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security, Fire
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Goal oriented
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Successful track record in exceeding sales targets
  • Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and desire to sell/upsell

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by closing sales
  • Identify possible improvement opportunities
  • Understand products, systems, and procedures
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
  • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Responsible for keeping current customers satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis
  • Maintain Existing Customers
